ORDERS

Orders can be placed 24/7 on our website. You may also place your order by telephone during regular business hours from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, eastern US time. Order forms are available for download so that you may mail or fax your order. Please see our Contact US page for phone and fax numbers.

PAYMENT

Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted for payment of your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is actually shipped. COD shipments are available only via UPS and at additional cost - domestic orders only. Please call for this option. Remittance by check or money order may be enclosed with a mail order and made payable to W. C. Wolff Company.

Customers with established credit only may order on an open account basis. Late charges of 1-1/2% per month will be assessed on late payments over 30 days. 

SHIPPING

W. C. Wolff Company normally ships via US Mail and United Parcel Service. Air services are available upon request at additional cost. International orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. PLEASE NOTE: We must have a street address for shipping as UPS will not deliver to a post office box. COD shipping is not available via US Mail.  Available shipping options will be presented at time of checkout.  Please be accurate when entering your shipping information.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated at time of checkout and are based on the shipping weight of your items, shipping service and your zipcode.  Shippin charges will not be refunded on refused shipments or returns. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.  Please note that actual international shipping charges may be different from those published on our website.  International shipping charges will be billed at the actual cost at the time of shipping.  We will contact you in advance if the difference is significant.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Our website displays the current cost for items.  Prices are subject to change without notice. W. C. Wolff Company reserves the right to discontinue or change specifications of any item without notice.

SHORTAGES

All claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made WITHIN 10 DAYS after receipt of shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping charges due to errors on our part.

RETURNS

If you want to return all or part of your order for any reason other than shipping errors, please call or write for a Return Authorization Number. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Merchandise returned must be UNUSED and UNOPENED in the complete original packaging. Please note: items that are part of multiple product packages are not individually returnable. Merchandise which is not in resalable condition will be returned to you. Unauthorized returns and merchandise kept over 60 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with return.

EXCHANGES

Merchandise may be exchanged within 60 days of receipt if it is UNUSED and UNOPENED in complete original packaging. You will be billed for shipping charges for the new merchandise unless exchange is due to an error on our part. You will either be billed for or refunded the difference in cost of exchanged merchandise. Returned merchandise which is not in resalable condition will be returned to you.

BACK-ORDERS

In the event that an item is out of stock the item will be backordered. We will ship all other in stock item(s) when the order is processed. We will notify you of any backorder via email. When a backordered item is shipped, you will not be billed for any additional shipping charges. All backorder shipments will be shipped via a ground shipping service.

SALES TAXES

Currently orders shipping to Pennsylvania are subject to sales tax in addition to the following states: Alaska (local taxes only), Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, & Wyoming.

RESALE OF PRODUCTS

If you the BUYER is in business to resell SELLERS product(s), then NO PRODUCT(S) PUCHASED FROM SELLER AND RESOLD BY BUYER SHALL BE REPACKAGED, PUT-UP OR MARKETED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THAT IN WHICH THE PRODUCT(S) ARE SUPPLIED BY SELLER. ALL WARNINGS, WARRANTIES, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY THAT ARE PROVIDED BY SELLER TO BUYER SHALL BE PROVIDED BY BUYER TO ANY SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT(S). WHETHER OR NOT PRODUCTS ARE PURCHASED IN BULK BY BUYER, BUYER SHALL ENSURE THAT THE PROVIDED WARNINGS, WARRANTIES, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE PROVIDED TO THE SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER FOR EACH ITEM RESOLD. BUYER FURTHER EXPRESSLY ACCEPTS ALL LIABILITY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM ITS FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE INCLUDED WARNINGS, WARRANTIES, AND/OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY TO ANY SUBSEQUENT PURCHASER.

EXPORT NOTICE

All products sold by W. C. Wolff Company are covered by the export controls of the Bureau of Industry and Security (“BIS”) of the U.S. Commerce Department.  These apply to all shipments of our products to a purchaser, consignee, or end user outside or inside the United States.  Purchaser agrees to fully comply with U.S. law and regulations, including BIS Export controls and the Treasury Department’s rules banning transactions with embargoed and restricted countries and with those persons and entities designated as Prohibited Parties.  No product sold by W. C. Wolff Company can be sold, exported, or transshipped to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia (including occupied Crimea), Belarus or the military of the Peoples’ Republic of China.  Purchaser’s failure to comply with the requirements will result in the termination of any further sales to it by W. C. Wolff Company and a report of the transaction to BIS or other appropriate agencies.

W. C. Wolff Company reserves the right to cancel any order or terminate sales to you if we feel the purchase is in violation of the law or in any way inappropriate.
